Many pieces I use feature brass components. Please read below on proper care instructions. If your order includes brass pieces, these instructions, along with a polishing cloth, will be included.

Brass is a popular metal that can be prone to tarnishing. Follow these care instructions to prevent tarnish if your jewelry is made of brass:

  • Do not wear in shower or submerge fully in water.
  • Wear on a clean, dry body
  • When not wearing, place in an airtight bag or a jewelry box to avoid exposure to elements
  • Use polishing cloth if tarnishing occurs
  • Wash in warm water and soap with fingers or soft toothbrush to gently scrub surface of jewelry. Rinse thoroughly and fully dry metal.
